So normally I have taken myself here, and had a wonderful experience. Yesterday, I had to take a elderly relative experiencing UTI problems. We were taken right away, the hold up was the relative trying to give a sample. Finally got that taken care of and Jenna Mullet PA came in and suggested I take her to the emergency room at the hospital. She didn't want to prescribe her anything. From the receptionist, to the PCT Sabrina, to the PA Jenna Mullett, our visit was phenomenal! Everyone interacted with my daughter and made her feel safe! We love coming to Springville!
