I had used this Urgent care at least 3 times that I can recall up until the complicated situation but it worked out in the end. The first 3 times were great. All I can say is it is what you make of it, they do what they can.
I always heard Brockport Urgent Care was the best in the area so when I had showed up with with an unusual emergency (animal attack) I was so relieved that was true for me. The nurse, Jenny and Dr Norgrove took really good care of me. They cleaned and patched me up and made sure my blood pressure was stable before letting me leave. I really appreciated that I got a call the next day to check in with me as well. Everyone was so very kind, I can't thank them and the staff enough for all they did to help me.
Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. They got me right in and listened to everything I said. They gave me what I needed to help me and I am already feeling a lot better. Thank you so much for the great care I received.
Walked in met two folks at the reception desk the gentleman asked for my insurance card so I gave him both my insurance and VA ID card. Then the discussion changed as I was speaking to a Air Force veteran me being a Marine veteran. He got me on track then asked that I be patient because they were really busy. Tried to go here for a minor eye injury that required exam on a Saturday at 1:30pm; was told they couldn't help as they had no providers on site, only remote. Why even operate a space without providers physically there? Highly disappointed
