Staff do not know how to apply insurance , we had to call the insurance company to have them to talk to reception so they can apply. So called Urgent Care !
Stay away!!! Called and asked to make sure they could help me after I was rear ended. They said no problem they do X-rays and can check me out ! I drive 45 minutes there and the woman in back sighed loudly and said i shoudl jut go to hospital! Unwilling to help get saying they would!
Excellent care provided by all the staff.
Had the best experience of my life at an urgent care. At the Wellnow in Queensbury, they were fast, efficient and friendly! Ruth, Kim, Amanda and Dawn were all friendly, quick and on top of what was going on. Nothing but praise each and everyone of them.
