Tracy cramer was amazing. She treated me yesterday and I already feel better today. My appt was at 5 and I was out of there by 545. She was very attentive and cared about what I had to say. I went to the ER which I would have waited for hours to even get a room and I got in right away with minimal waiting. I would go here over and over. Loved it and thank you!!
I cut my finger, so I went there for help\. They told me the cut was much deeper than I thought and that I needed to go to the ER\. They bandaged my finger without charging me, and I was honestly so surprised by their kindness and generosity\. ❤ Thank you all for your help, advice, and excellent service\. You were so kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me\. 🙏❤
The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She quickly put my information into the computer. The nurse practitioner called me in about 10 minutes. She was thorough. I was not even there for an hour. I will definitely go there again and recommend WellNow.
Very easy and quick to get appointment and be seen the same day. Minimal waiting, and the PA was knowledgeable and courteous to my needs The Nurse Practitioner took her time, asked a lot of good questions and gave me a good follow up plan. Thankfully I found WellNow, as I am from Illinois.
Everyone from the receptionist that checked me in to the Nurse Practitioner were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable! Glad I made the call!
