I somehow caught a respitory infection with a bad cough and spent the whole weekend in bed totally miserable. On Monday I made it about 10 mins at work before giving up to the fact I was in pretty bad shape and needed to be seen by a professional. I made my way over to Bassett in herkimer and was told I’d have to wait 3 hrs. I was amazed as there was nobody besides myself in the lobby at all. My Wellnow visit was a very nice experience. I went on a Thursday night. I called after 6:00 and booked a visit for 7:15. I got right in. The staff were very friendly and professional! I ended up having a respiratory infection. They prescribed the necessary medication and called it in my pharmacy. I was home within about an hour. They also sent a text in a couple days checking on me. I was very satisfied and recommend them to anyone needing quick medical care!!
We were seen right away, right on our scheduled appointment time.
All the girls were awsome. Got me in and out fast. Very professional. Felt like family
