Dr was wrong on diagnosis for strep throat & rude when we asked for an antibiotic still bc we thought a false negative result.She said not a false strep test & wouldn'tprescribe an antibiotic despite extreme pain. Was extremely rude to us. We left and immediately went to another urgent care tested positive there for strep & got an antibiotic. If it was a mistake that's one thing but to be some rude & have an attitude is uncalled for. I will never return bc of the unprofessionalism. I highly recommend you use another urgently... read more
Went in for a pre-employment COVID test - that's it. Paid my $20 at the visit and thought that would be the end of it. Then I receive notifications several months later that I have been enrolled in autopay and am being charged $80 extra for my visit because a nurse had me step on a scale and put a blood pressure cuff on my arm. Spent close to an hour on the phone with their corporate support team to no avail - basically to be told that because I 'consented to treatment' I was now liable for the additional (unwanted) services... read more
Very friendly, took x-rays for my rib issue. Had to wait for it to be read, but they kept me informed and made sure I didn’t need anything while waiting.
Drew was very knowledgeable and professional. I cancelled my follow up because the rash cleared up completely and i felt another visit was unnecessary. Thank you for being there for me!
