everybody I know that has been to this urgent care they overcharge and scam for copay, they charged me $60 for a copay when my insurance is a $20 copay. The three times my friend went here she had to call her insurance company in front of them because they won’t do it and have them verify your copay. Now we go to AMD urgent care in fenton
The Well Now clinic is exceptionally clean and has the most courteous staff from the receiving clerk to the doctors/physician assistants that are staffed within. Without hesitation, I recommend this clinic to all who are in need of medical assistance and or DOT physicals. Thank you to all involved during my recent visit. Blessings to all staff. - Jason R.
Went in for a pre-employment drug screen and Izzy was awesome to work with. She was sweet and explained the whole process. She even called later in the day to follow up with a conversation we had.
In and out quickly. Everyone working was kind, attentive and personal. I can't think of a better place to go when in need of care.
