Came in due to a pretty good cut on my finger.. staff was all super friendly. I was seen in a very timely fashion, no wait in the waiting room. Dr. decided I needed stitches. They were done quickly and perfectly , virtually no pain. I was in and out of there sewn up in less than half hour. Definitely recommend !
Went in for a CDL medical recertification and had a 1 pm appointment. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time before finally getting called to a room. I had to pay for the visit before getting called to the back and I sat for an additional 1 hr 15 minutes before the provider, Erika Marin came in. She was rude and denied me recertification because of my PTSD diagnosis and misconstrued it for suicidal ideation. I made my appointment online at 2pm, registered and updated my info all online. Had an appointment at 2:40. Was seen and diagnosed and heeded at get a script and back home by 3:30. I waited longer at the pharmacy. Great experience, friendly provider and nurses! Great experience.
I have good insurance that they have used for years and today refused to verify it and wasted 40 minutes of my time and were rude and completely stupid. Run from them!!!
DO NOT GO HERE LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They don’t care what you have going on and will not do anything to help you. Just go to the emergency room and get 1000x better care and people that actually care about you. They just want to see you to bill you but they don’t actually do anything for you it’s a joke😂 I’ve stopped going and I just go to the emergency room now and I can’t tell you how much happier and easier it’s been.
