Do not go here. Ever. Came in for a UTI, waited two hours despite only two people being ahead of me, and then found out they lost my urine culture. I ended up taking antibiotics without knowing if they were even the right ones. I had to schedule another appointment just to repeat the urine culture, meaning another $50 copay. I had already paid $100 between the first two visits and still had no resolution, and they wanted another $50 just four days later. Beth & Giselle were patient, kind and compassionate with our concerns. They were running short staffed and assured our concerns would be addressed. Telemed with Janelle APN was fantastic. She was sweet, understanding and listened. Thank you !!!
Staff were all friendly. There was a medical emergency which caused my appointment to be delayed, which is understandable. I came in because I suspected I had strep. I was given a strep, mono, and covid test, which all came back negative. The PA advised me that they would be sending out a culture but in the meantime prescribed me antibiotics then told me I was all set to go.
