6 stitches and 4 butterfly bandages. Staff was phenomenal, everyone was super nice. Process was painless, got in right away. Bill was reasonable. Best medical care I've received by far. Thanks guys!
This experience was disappointing from start to finish. I visited the St. Charles, IL location to have my eye examined. When the nurse came in, she informed me that she would be recording our conversation to generate the medical notes using AI. The device appeared to be an iPhone with what looked like a pink, glittery case. I asked not to be recorded because I was uncomfortable with my medical information being captured on a mobile device. Excellent, effective, and fast service!
Misleading/ lying and hiding information. Changed me more than was said when I was there in person. They said the wait will be 20 minutes and ended up waiting for 2 hours. I was the only patient. Asked for total price before scheduling and was told one price ended up received the bill much higher. Called billing 3 times every time someone said the issue will be resolved and no one did anything. DONT RECOMMEND!
I had very good experience at this place. Quick service, professional care from the nurse and the doctor!!!
