Elisa Williams was very helpful. I had a lot of tests and paperwork that needed to be done. She held my hand through the whole process and was very patient with me. It was worth the long drive to work with such professionals.
Got in and out quickly, the staff was very professional and lovely. They even have a slushie and arcade machine inside.
Once you get in the door it’s quite efficient. The staff was friendly, the nurse practitioner I saw was very good: she listened to me explain my concerns. However trying to reach them on the phone seems to be purposely like a jungle. I explained this to the receptionist and she said she’s been there four years and it hasn’t been changed: The phone tree keeps you from getting in touch with a live person.
