They are helpful when suddenly injured but they charged me a lot without asking and it's covered by my insurance. I should not have been charged at all.
I came in today with the scheduled appointment at 11:40 and they still took me in early when I walked in. I thought I had a sliced finger but turns out my finger was broken. When they said my x-ray would be there in 10 minutes the X-ray doctor was there within 3 minutes the nurses and doctors were very friendly professional it heard me out and even talks with me about other things x-ray lady deserve credit for showing up fast and being super friendly just like everyone there . First visit a couple years ago was totally fine. Tried to make an appointment for Thursday afternoon. There was a confusing automated message that implied there was only virtual appointments, but also appeared to indicate that people could be seen in person if it was severe enough. The message was poorly worded. As I tried to go in, a group of employees came out. Excellent service, the ladies are top notch.. Best stitchers in nys! If you ever get bit by a dog I highly suggest you go to this location.
While I had a good experience, I wanna preface it by saying I found it kind of odd how underfunded it felt for the location. No vital carts, no handicap accessible door (which was fun to manage 4 doors with crutches lol), and had to wait 20 mins for a xray tech to come from another location to run the machine. It is what it is though Other than that, everyone was very nice, the wait time to get in was non existent, and my needs were properly addressed.
