Scheduled an appointment for 11:30, arrived at 11:20 and checked in at the front desk as per instructions. Got a text at 11:45 reminding me my appointment was at 11:30, don’t worry, you’re checked in. Got a text at noon telling me my appointment is canceled. Don’t worry, you’re up next. Someone who came in after me is now in the room, oops. Now another text my appointment is at 12:20. Will never come back to Winton Rd location
I should know better by now than to go to this location. Everyone do yourselves a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. This was my second time at this location, the first time being a little bit ago where I didn’t even make it to getting seen because the front desk staff was so rude I turned around and left. This time around the front desk staff was decent, but the location as a whole is just terrible. I only even attempt because it’s a 4 minute drive from me, and I will never return now. Madison and the whole staff were wonderful, took very good care of me, we're concerned and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands.
This was the quickest, friendliest urgent care I've ever been to. The staff provided great, efficient service. A the end of the visit, I was given a packet with a clinical summary, as well as thorough information about my illness - including causes, treatment, and general home instructions to help with recovery.
If you’re not taking patients until close then you neee to adjust your closing time to the correct time.
