Both my son and I went there at separate times and the front desk staff was entirely apathetic, like we were invisible. But the treatment by the medical team was super awesome for both of us and, in my case, diagnosed a very unlikely situation that saved me from what could have been much more serious if not for the curiosity of the doctor, so I’m all in for five stars.

The staff is doing their best, but there are simply not enough people working at this clinic in order for it to actually function as a clinic or for them to even answer the phone. I had over an hour wait time before I was eventually seen. The person working the front desk was kind enough to let me know the wait would be at least an hour and tell me I could wait in my car. Thank You So Much to the entire staff for the excellent care and advice given to me. Making the appointment was very easy and the location is convenient. The facility itself is also impressive. I am most grateful for the extra effort of kindness and sincerity taken to put my mind at ease in a moment of uncertainty. For this, I leave my highest recommendation.

Horrible care here honestly. Waited 2 hours after an appointment was made to even get seen for a cough runny nose head congestion. Susan was very short and didnt seem to do much. I specifically asked for a covid test and was denied one because my symptoms didnt "meet crieria" when they in fact do. Would not reccomend, ER is probably faster and more general hospitatlity there.
