I waited 2 hours with appointment n they were turning people away...So unprofessional
I was able to make my appointment online 2 hours before, to get an xray of my foot for possible broken bone. Waiting time was about 10 minutes. Whole appointment took an hour with check in, nurse taking vitals, PA evaluating my foot, technician taking X-rays, then PA reviewing my X-rays, providing me with a boot and crutches, and cd with my X-rays, then explaining what to do and recommending orthopedic urgent care offices. I was pleased with the care provided.
Both my son and I went there at separate times and the front desk staff was entirely apathetic, like we were invisible. But the treatment by the medical team was super awesome for both of us and, in my case, diagnosed a very unlikely situation that saved me from what could have been much more serious if not for the curiosity of the doctor, so I’m all in for five stars.
The staff is doing their best, but there are simply not enough people working at this clinic in order for it to actually function as a clinic or for them to even answer the phone. I had over an hour wait time before I was eventually seen. The person working the front desk was kind enough to let me know the wait would be at least an hour and tell me I could wait in my car.
