Very slow and unprofessional waited over hour and half for blood work completely crazy
I visited on Friday, May 8th. I experienced an unique situation and can't say enough about the professionalism and patience of two employees in particular. Nikki and Nydia went above and beyond ensuring my comfort. Thank you ladies. You are a credit to Wellnow.
I set up an appointment time on-line. When I arrived, I only waited 10 minutes before I was seen. They took several tests to make sure I didn't have covid, flu, or strepped throat. They gave me an antibiotic for sinus infection and sent me home.
I am extremely disappointed with winton Well now and will never be going back. I have been twice in the last week where they did nothing and my symptoms are so bad now I am in the ER. I called to complain and was hung up on in the middle of speaking. Completely negligent
