Very confusing and rude, didnt get any help, left with intense chest pain and difficulty breathing that nobody seemed to care about

Oliver saved my life this week. I went in with arm pain and swelling thinking I had pulled a muscle. He advised me to go to the ER for fear of a blood clot. I had a DVT in my arm and needed two surgeries to address it, and a serious surgery next week. I might not have recognized this was a DVT if I hadn't seen him. The clot went from my elbow to my chest and I easily could've developed a pulmonary embolism. Thank you, Oliver.
