Dr.Kondo was my Cardiologist for over 20 yrs. He is a very professional man. He had always explained everything in detail to me every time I needed a procedure and has always been a very caring Dr explaining important details. Considered him not only my Cardiologist but a friend who was always in my corner with my weight loss. Proud to say I have lost over 140 lbs now and he had a big part in my journey. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring Dr and a excellent Cardiologist. Mary Benson
I cannot recommend Dr. Luke V. Rigolosi under any circumstances. Despite my clear history of herniated discs and spinal stenosis, he repeatedly dismissed my concerns and told me that an MRI would be “a waste of time”, ignoring standard medical recommendations to monitor spinal progression every few years. He referred me to a chiropractor, which is contraindicated for herniated discs and spinal stenosis and could worsen my condition, rather than providing evidence-based guidance such as a referral to a spine specialist, pain... read more
I was there for less than 15 minutes total for a UTI, less than 5 minutes total spent with the PA. I was asked for symptoms, gave a urine sample & had a prescription called in. Four months later I have received a bill. They ran $1200 of lab work. One $700 test is primarily used in long term care facilities when all other tests are non-conclusive. If I could give no stars, I would. WellNow provided terrible medical services to my daughter and charged me $1,000 when they should have billed my insurance company, but did not. Many excuses later (billing ticket created with no followup, they cant call my insurance company for whatever BS reason, etc, etc). Run fast from this organization!
Everyone was extremely helpful and a very positive experience. From the front office person, Hannah and the telemedicine provider were very friendly, efficient and professional. Hannah was went out of her way to set up a telemedicine visit to speed up our visit which went off without a hitch. When our original pharmacy could not fill our prescription I reach out to Hannah and she quick arranged to have a script sent to another place. I would highly recommend this location.

My husband had a HORRIBLE experience at this place. I do NOT recommend becoming a patient there. It is HIGHLY dysfunctional, unprofessional, and uncaring towards patients. Here is a list of some examples of what happened: 1) They were at least 10 days late on more than one test result and never responded when my husband asked where they were. 2) The receptionist, Jessica, mistreated my husband and refused to give him information about what was going on with his test results and what the next steps were. As dysfunctional as I have ever experienced. Poor patient service, huge wait times, unresponsive to calls, snarky support staff.
