I always get the best treatment there. Everyone is very professional. Although the care is great, their accounting department is terrible. I have Medicare and BCBS as my secondary insurance. I keep getting past due notices. I’ve called twice and they keep telling me I owe nothing but there is a glitch in the system that’s not posting the last payment received from BCBS. To me this is teetering on fraudulent billing practices. They’ve been paid yet keep sending me notices to pay. 🤔
