They are short staffed but all staff was amazing to patients!
Empathetic, friendly thorough, knowledgeable and hospitable
I can not say enough about this place. Been there several times for myself and my mother in law. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, compassionate, professional and really care!! They are fast (in and out in an hour, including Xrays) They staff is great, place very clean. Just all around fantastic! Thank you to all who do such a great job. It goes a long ways, especially in this day and age!
This was my 2nd visit to “WellNow Urgent Care” on Southwestern Blvd in the town of Hamburg, NY. I went in for, what I thought, was a minor issue when, as fate would have it, a much more serious condition made itself known. Kudos to my attending staff, all the utmost professionals, and, in particular, Courtney Barker, PA, who exhibited genuine concern and care. She insisted I Follow-through and immediately seek the “Next Level Of Treatment” and… I am glad I did, and thankful, I followed her medical advice!!
The doctor was great and his staff, always great bed-side-manor. I only gave this rating because when you go to the doctor they call your prescription in for some reason there was something wrong with the prescription and they would could not get a hold of the doctor for several days and I was suffering so bad to begin with that's the only disappointment in the whole process I do recommend this place to go for some emergency medical care or sickness or etc they're very good.
