My experience with the entire staff I interacted with was beyond pleasant and the model of professionalism.
I always have a positive experience at the Wellnow in Hamburg. The staff is personable, caring and compassionate.
I was well cared for at thw Well Now on Hamburg. Check in was quick and easy. I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back. Everyone was polite and efficient and the PA who saw me was kind, listened well, and asked good questions. When I had isdues at the pharmacy and called Well Now for help they resolved the problem quickly.
Made an appointment that morning with no issues. Woke up with a bad sore throat and saw my tonsils had lots of issues. Was 25 minutes early to appointment, said people were ahead of me, saw me within 5 minutes after that still! Had a great nurse, Kristi, very friendly and thorough.
