needed relief from terrible rash after taking antibiotics. couldnt get a dr appt until end of june. i didnt wait in line. i lost my insurance card and thankfully it was saved from last time in the records and i was seen swiftly. There are freezy drinks and coffee offered in waiting room along with a tv and pac man to keep entertained. people were respectful and answered questions. stuff was sent to the lab and by noon the next day ? results were in. it would be nice to just go to this urgent care instead of general practitio... read more
10++++ that was the best office I've ever been to super clean whole staff was super nice I've already started telling people about them!
I am from out of town and needed to seek medical care. I used the online scheduling , walked in first thing in the morning,seen within minutes. Had a great evaluation ,very clear instructions . My only concern was that no healthcare provider introduced themselves. I thought the first provider was the doc mainly because she was so efficient. She did tell me who would be coming in next and her name and title. But I was extremely pleased with the care, the atmosphere( there were slushies and Pac-Man in the lobby!) Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was explained to me with what they were doing and why they were doing it. Everyone from the receptionist to the person taking vitals, to the person doing the X-ray. Great experience all around.
