Kyle Violanti as well as his staff were friendly and informational as they performed their duties in a timely manner. Only wish is that a person could take the information rather than the patient needing to do on their phone or Well Now’s iPad. Not everyone knows how to use those if they have a flip phone.
Entire staff was friendly and professional. Although my wait was longer than hoped my care was excellent. The wait was due to the fact that the Hamburg location was closed and there were many patients who then came to Orchard Park. The staff worked as efficiently as possible
I had an appointment time for 12pm, and sat for over an hour after they requested $180 copay. This place is unorganized, and desk attendant was a bit rude. I scheduled the appointment 24 hours in advance, yet waited an hour and 20 minutes to be seen. I’m very upset with this whole establishment. Appointments should be priority, yet we had 4 people who walked in go ahead of us and be out before we were seen. B.S.
