Everything was very quick and the staff were very nice snd helpful. Support our medical professionals!
They don't honor appointments and when you wait, you get a virtual doctor rolled in on a screen over Microsoft Teams (a virtual meeting software) without any notice of this, and then most of the devices they have to use to make this work waste more time as the team troubleshoots them instead of troubleshooting your health. After falling on our garage concrete floor, later on my arm bothered me so my wife rolled up my long shirt sleeve evaluated the wound realizing I needed medical attention. Arriving at WellNow as a walk-in, 15 minutes before closing, thankfully they accepted me. The nurse was thorough with questions and the Dr. was able to repair my arm beautifully! Thank you staff at WellNow!
Every time I've come here I've had a positive experience. The doctors, nurses, and all staff are so helpful. Both my sister, my mom and I have all been treated here it's the first place that we go if we don't feel good. They're able to diagnose, do x-rays, and just generally help! If you have a problem come in they'll be able to help you!
I was in to see my nurse and then Dr fairly quickly. All of the people who I talked with personally were absolutely amazing. From the receptionist in helping us to get my VA benefits to pay for my visit as they are my primary care provider.
