I was taken such good care of by Kyle (and Danielle). Treated w friendliness and respect. My condition was diagnosed promptly (pneumonia!). I received some immediate treatments in the office and scripts were also called in to my pharmacy. I highly recommend WellCare in Orchard Park. And consider yourself in good hands if you see Kyle.
My 8 year old daughter got bit by a dog and had to have stitches they were so patient with her because afraid of it all would highly recommend.
When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how can I help you. EVERYONE was friendly, helpful and efficient! A big thank you to all!!
The front desk rep. was extremely friendly and welcoming, Ervin, the Medical Assistant, was very personable, and Kyle, the PA, was thorough. He asked questions, looked at the area of my injury, and made me feel comfortable and feel that he cared. He actually remembered me from three years ago when I broke my foot. He told me I was on the three year plan for my visits to WellNow. I actually feel much better today after my visit. Great job and a great team! Thank you.
