From entering the building to the care received, the PA to the staff all were helpful, caring and supportive! It was a busy day and even though it was busy I was seen and treated in a timely manner! Certainly a lot quicker than if I have gone to an Emergency service at any Hospital!
My bf and I decided to come in after being really sick for a week. The receptionist was fast and friendly and we were back in a room after half an hour, not bad considering the amount of people ahead of us. The PA Megan was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to listen to us both and we were both diagnosed with different but similar things meaning my virus didn't get an antibiotic but the steroid it needed and he got the 2 antibiotics his pneumonia needed. I was seen in a timely manner. The treating staff was attentive and efficient. The receptionist needs to focus more. She made a huge mistake yesterday then refused to take accountability.
