Everyone was so helpful, friendly and welcoming at the Amherst Harlem Rd office. Most importantly, I was seen quickly and diagnosed thoroughly for my ear and sinus infection. Prescriptions seem to be helping on the day after my visit. Hopefully this will continue as I finish 10 days on the antibiotic that was prescribed. I would return to this particular location and highly recommend it to others.
Very rude nurse here..colored lady with braids.very rude and ignorant when she talks to you.like shes always mad or trying to hurry up and get rid of you...
Office was clean and neat. Reception greeted you as soon as you walked in. The process took all of fourth-five minutes from start to finished. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were great.
