My 15 year old special needs child took a fall today, on his birthday. He split his head open and needed 5 staples. The staff was really fantastic with him. He was terrified and I was panicked. From start to finish, they were amazing with him and reassuring for me. I am really grateful for the PA and staff that took the time with him to make him feel safe and comfortable. I don't think I could have asked for better care for him than what he got today. Thank you staff!!
I was greeted quickly and helped. Everyone was accommodating and helpful.
