Took my son into urgent care for an issue for the second time and we were taken in within 10 minutes of our appointment, very fast, extremely friendly and professional, took care of sons issue and helped us understand what we needed to do, overall, its a 10 out of 10 experience from the front desk all the way to discharge, staff was amazing and treated me and my son very kindly and very well! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of care ! Thank you ❤️
I received the best possible care from WellNow Urgent Care! It was a Thursday! I didn't feel like going to Mercy Hospital emergency! They saw me as a walk in! I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment ! Their nurses and doctors did a very thorough job going over my medications and physically examining me! The staff was very pleasant very professional It was a real pleasure being a patient of this medical clinic! I strongly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to go to the hospital for minor ailments!
