I visited WellNow Urgent Care for a routine TB test required for work, expecting a quick and straightforward experience. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly two hours for a service that typically only takes a few minutes. I even brought my 7-month-old daughter with me because I thought it would be a quick visit, not one that would take almost two hours. That made the wait even more difficult. SLOW. Been here an hour and seen one person get taken back. If I wasn’t getting paid for being here I wouldn’t be.
Everyone was respectful and concerned. Really do appreciate there attention.
Very easy check in. They took my insurance and only charged me my copay. I was there for a short period before see a doctor. He recognized immediately that I have a very aggressive case of necrosis facetious. They got me to the hospital very quickly and I was able to keep most of my foot and I lived.
