I love going to Well Now Urgent Care, the staff is so friendly and the service is always great!
$175 up front is crazy
Walked in at 7:36 and was turned away with my 9 year old asthmatic son who was short of breath. We had exhausted options at home. The receptionist was so cold and callus in her delivery as she turned us away. I was so taken aback that we turned and left. Do better.
Fantastic experience at WellNow! I arrived with no appointment and there was only one other person in the waiting room. It was a nice, clean waiting area with refreshments and even an arcade game for while you wait! I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in quickly. I was swiftly escorted back to a room and seen for my illness. The nurse and provider were thorough and friendly. They allayed my concerns, prescribed a remedy, and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!!
It was a great visit!! Staff was professional but friendly. I was very comfortable throughout the entire visit.
