I had a great experience I was in and out in 30 minutes the doctor was kind and understanding and my problem was solved effectively
If I could give a negative rating I absolutely would. This place is à nightmare from the moment you walk in until you leave the parking lot. If a office could be the definition of going to work just to collect a paycheck this would be it. They were more interested in watching the Nancy Guthrie story then triaging my mother. They completely disregarded her allergies and sensitivity to medications, sent in meds she said she could not tolerate. Very polite and fast service. Dr. Robert was thorough and compassionate. My family Doctor could not fit me in and was closed the next day!
Once again a horrible visit!!! The front desk lady is such a treat!!! Very rude!!! Once I came in told me rudely to finish my check and wont speak to me until I do! Like refused!! wasted 20 mins of my time to tell Me we don’t take my insurance!!! The laziness of not talking to me in person is unreal!!! Canceled my appointment before I even got out the door
