10 stars for the nurse receptionist. My son has a disability and I asked if I could sit in the car and wait until his name was called and he was ok with that and remembered to call me when they had a room. This is an example of exceptional care. The waiting time was alot even with an appointment but that experience of care made a difference.
Upon entering WellNow all the staff were very professional individuals starting from the receptionist to the individual who gave me the tetanus shot before leaving. There is no doubt in my mind I’ll use them again if need be.
I had to go to urgent care twice during a visit to Buffalo, New York. Both times I found this facility to be clean, friendly, and efficient. I went once with an appointment and once as a walk-in. Both times staff were kind, thorough, and empathetic.
