Absolutely, the worst hospitality I've ever seen. Coming from a hospital/Doctor's office due to weather conditions. I showed up a little late to my appointment. It was 7:41 when I got in. I was trying to talk the lady that was. In the front by the desk, she was to busy vacuuming and cleaning up so she could get home. And even made sure i knew not to take a seat bc she just whiped them down, after trying to get her attention for a little bit.I finally was able to speak and see if she can help me finish up registration or just... read more

Disappointed isn’t even the right word. My brother went in this afternoon and wasn’t able to be seen because he needed help using the tablet—apparently pen and paper are a thing of the past. Yes, I get it—how dare someone not know how to use a tablet, right? He asked for help three separate times, and the girl at the front desk refused every time.
