Showed up at location at 6:10, lady at front desk asked what we were in for, told her and said they weren't seeing any patients..they didnt have a provider ..when I questioned why she didn't turn off her online appointments off "we don't do that" ..poor customer service, when someone doesnt feel well they don't want to get the run around!
We were visiting on vacation but were able to get in quickly. It turned out that a referral to the ER was necessary but was happy they were quick to decide.
I was incredibly impressed with this location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in an out of the office in less than 25 mins from start to finish. This location will be the only location we go to from now on ! Thank you !! 😊
I was able to be seen within 1 hour of making an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and communicated well.
