I was very pleased that the process worked as efficient as it did. Very nice staff and a great PA who diagnosed me and called scripts in. I will definitely go back.
The reviews speak for themselves but to add to it. This location should be studied and used as a model on how such facility should operate. The staff was caring and efficient, the offices and waiting rooms were clean, and the wait times were reasonable. Keep up the excellent work!
Last minute visit for a painful ingrown toenail on my 17 year old son, podiatrist couldn’t see him for 8 days. From front door to walking out less than 40 minutes. PA Battaglia was outstanding and took great care of my son. Excellent experience
I arrived at Well Now this morning just after 10 am. I went for double earache and sore throat. One woman was seated in waiting room. She advised me she was waiting on a patient. I stood in clear view of employees who were standing around chatting, laughing and carrying on. I waited several minutes and not one of them acknowledged me or came to front desk to take my information. I left when it was apparent I was not going to be acknowledged any time soon.
