We saw Bridget for an Urgent Care Visit on 2/23 and she was outstanding. The staff was fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. They quickly assessed the situation and went above and beyond by getting us signed in to the hospital ER, which cut our wait time significantly. Fast, efficient, and very friendly. The secretary, nurse, and Dr. were all very friendly and had great bedside manner.
Can't stress enough how well run the Grand Island Well Now branch is. Always clean in there and refreshments as u wait. Staff are truly top notch professionals and very attentive to your issue. Was in and out in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend visiting here if u are sick or injured.
They are wonderful there! My back was in a lot of pain and I have been there before for the same reason, got some meds and good to go! Quick and easy!
The crew is extremely friendly, caring, nice and helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else
