Receptionist very professional and friendly Doctor also very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in good hands
Had two sick kids. Made an appointment for my one son at 730pm. Decided at 630pm to call and see if they could see my other son as well. The provider said "of course bring him in". My wife gets there and is informed by the front desk staff that he cannot be seen. When asked why, the front desk staff member stated that the computer doesn't let registrations past 730. When I told her we called at 630, and were told he could be seen, she said there was nothing she can do. When I called her to ask her why, she acted condescendin... read more
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible front desk staff...unfriendly and rude. Arrived at 7:15 pm as a walk in for my daughter and was told that we couldn't be seen. They close at 8 pm and they are an URGENT CARE! So disappointed in them. Will not be returning.
Absolutely great friendly staff.
Both competent and very friendly, nice staff at this location. They made going to an urgent care a pleasant experience.
