Everything and everyone was very nice and efficient.
With online booking and registration I was seen within 15 minutes by Nurse Emily who took a thorough medical history and Dr. Kelly who answered all my questions. Bonus-potato chips and corn chips available for free on the way out at the Nurses Station. 🤗
I brought my baby in with all the classic symptoms of croup — barking cough, hoarse voice, congestion, and a 101.9 F fever. She was unable to cry properly, and I could barely hear her voice when she tried to cry, which was very concerning. Her lungs were clear, which I appreciated being checked. PA ordered RSV and a respiratory panel for other infections, which was reasonable. The Grand Island location is wonderful! The appointment and check in process was so easy and everyone is kind and professional!! They even have a slushie machine I would highly recommend Well Now!! Update, went again on 10/12. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse to the PA were wonderful! I was there less than 30 minutes and they took care of my problem. We are very lucky to have this facility!!
