I will never use one of their facilities again. I was self pay when I visited their office. I received a bill about a week later for an extra $200 for lab work. This additional charge was then withdrawn from my bank account without my authorization. When I spoke with a customer service rep about this, they sent me an authorization form that someone from this office had signed their initials. I was never asked to sign a physical or electronic authorization form, and my bank has cancelled my card to prevent further unauthorize... read more

Really liked being able to scedule an appointment so that there was no long time in the waiting room. Staff was excellent and very kind and friendly. When we were told my husband had to go to the ER, as much as we hated the thought of it, we trusted the nurse and went. She was absolutely correct and probably saved his life by being so insistent. I will always be grateful. Thankyou WellNow.
