Wait times are ridiculous. Appointments don’t matter, plan on spending 2+hours there.
Never ever again. I would post zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. Made an appointment Saturday. I was put in a room immediately but then forgotten. Took my vitals and was told the doctor would discuss. Except the doctor never came. I was assured twice the doctor would be right in and then was asked if I wanted discharge papers after 1.5 hours. Test results came in today but of course no one will respond to me. I can’t wait to see what they bill Medicare for.
Went there today, and was up front told I need to $180 for my " Deductible " . Which I know has been paid and even checked when I got home. Not happy
We walked in 1 minute before close with a broken finger— and not only were they were so quick to help us, but with they didn’t lose an ounce of kindness and special care for my sister who is extra sensitive and was really scared. Thank you times a million for staying late in order to help care for my family. I hope karma’s goodness makes her way back to all of you! 💖
