Getting an appointment was quick and easy. JANA GOODALL was Professional and answered our questions to our satisfaction.
The entire process was so smooth. Scheduled an appointment and completed all paperwork through the portal including taking a photo of drivers license insurance card and making a payment. Checked in using the portal. Was seen immediately. Staff was so friendly and professional, helped address a sinus and ear infection and the place is clean. Lucky to have this so close by! As a mom of two (and a human in general) I’ve had a LOT of experience with various urgent care places. This was BY FAR the best experience we’ve had anywhere. I made an appointment for my 8 year old. We got there 15 min before our appointment time and they took us back immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. My daughter has some sensory sensitivities and they were able to accommodate her. We saw the NP, Jana, and she was incredible. They gave me a bald spot doing a drug test, do not go here if you need one done they don’t know what they’re doing
Showed up 15 minutes before close and the staff was very accommodating.
