I had such a great experience from the minute I walked in! Everyone is so friendly and the building is really nice! They addressed my issue with great knowledge. It was the best urgent care visit I’ve ever had.
They asked and verified my insurance when I went in. I got a bill a couple months later saying I was going to be sent to collections for not paying a past due balance but it was the first bill I had received from them. And they hadn’t billed my insurance yet either. Never going back.
It's decent care. It was a long wait after I got there after my appointment time. I was sitting in a room waiting to see the practitioner for about 45 minutes. What would improve the patient experience is to have better communication so that when there is a holdup, like someone needing a procedure (sutures, etc), the next patient understands. Wait times are ridiculous. Appointments don’t matter, plan on spending 2+hours there.
