Turned me down for service an hour before they closed (more like 50 minutes). Went down the street to Northwestern Urgent Care and got right in.
Walked in today 8/9/2025 around 4ish to see how long wait was as my child needed to be seen and the front desk worker was horribly rude and unpleasant. Told her never mind, I’ll go up the road to northwestern and she had an attitude and goes Good Luck! Will not be back. Don’t recommend them.
The manager here is the BEST. she was very kind and lent a helping hand. She made this whole experience for me great and i will be coming back here again because of her. Amazing customer care
