Nurse Practitioner Bauer was kind and explained everything to me so I could understand it. Would highly recommend. Also they have a free slush puppy machine in the waiting room and free pacman video game. Two thumbs up
I had to take my 3 year old in, so naturally I was a bit nervous. However, everyone here was so amazing to me and my kiddo! Ms. Sherry & Ms Kim were so great with him. He honestly wants to go back to the “slushie” place (yes, they have slush puppies in the lobby!) to see the staff. Even though he was hurting (turns out he had strep), if a sick 3 year old can be excited about an urgent care, I think that speaks volumes to the level of care and service we received.
