I made an appointment at the South Elgin location on 8/10 and was aware that there was no doctor physically at the location, but that a doctor would be available via Telehealth. While I thought it was a little unusual, I was fine with it since I was pretty sure I knew what was going on and that it was related to antibiotics I had been prescribed the week before. Went in for a last minute sports physical and everyone was so nice per usual. And the slushie machine was amazing. The NP was fantastic one of my favorites there Jennifer Wallace
I can’t say enough about WellNow Urgent Care in South Elgin. Registered online for the number one appointment Saturday morning. Mistakenly went to another Urgent Care in the vicinity where I was told I would have a 2 hour wait. Once I figured out I was at the wrong place, I drove just a couple minutes away where I was seen immediately, diagnosed & medications prescribed. The PA who evaluated me was excellent & very kind. I highly recommend WellNow Urgent Care!
Called to schedule an appointment for an X-ray at the South Elgin location and was told there was a tech onsite. I also received a text confirmation of my appointment. Arrived and the tech was not onsite. The girl at the desk was rude and unsympathetic. I would not recommend this site.
Great experience at WellNow Urgent Care in South Elgin. The staff was friendly, efficient, and got me taken care of quickly. Jennifer Wallace was especially helpful, professional, and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the great care and would definitely recommend this location.
