Told me to come back at 03/29 at 11:45 for test results that expire on the 30th and they are not even open like they state. Then waited over an hour and a half them to even do a simple TB test that was supposed to be a 1 step but they made it a 2 step REQUIRING ME TO RETURN even though the ORDER said One Step.
Arrived for an appointment today and they had no front staff after standing there for 10 minutes the Nurse and provider we’re trying to check patient’s in and I was advised the front staff would arrive in the next couple minutes she never arrived after waiting for one hour then they were supposedly not able to verify insurance in there system and demanding $60 copay when I never pay a copay. The guy at the front desk is very unhelpful , this would be my second time in there and at my age I would expect people to be nice I did not know how to scan my phone he would not even get out of his chair to you show me, then I was given a kiosk to write it all down and I had questions that he wouldn't even answer for me and then the other day my granddaughter got sick I called there and he told me to go online and do it and I told him I was driving he said I'm sorry maam I cannot do it for you, I said it's a single questio... read more
Best and most compassionate care around when you can't get in to your own doctor or have an emergency that doesn't require ER. The entire staff is truly amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend.
Short wait in a comfortable waiting room. Great doctor! Better than any ER I've been in, for sure.
