Professional, friendly and did not waste time.
Twice I've made appointments here and when I show up they say the system is down so I have to go to St.Charles. They said its been down for two days then why let me make an appointment and give a confirmation email. Ridiculous. Go to St.Charles they have better employees and probably better doctors but I wouldnt know because South Elgin never sees me. I mean your part of the biggest scam enterprises, scam people the right wqy take their money not their time.
I would like to acknowledge Dr Jennifer Wallace at the South Elgin Il. WellNow office. I was in about a week ago with an issue and her understanding, professionalism, diagnosis and treatment were very much appreciated. By that evening I was feeling much better and stopped in the office to let them know personally. Dr Wallace and the entire team at that office were great to deal with. The area is well served with Dr Wallace and the team there!
They told us it would be quick it took almost two hours to even see anyone. Horrible communication and service. Employees were unresponsive, unfriendly and unhelpful. Did not care that patient was in pain and waiting while they were seeming screwing around.
