They say they close at 8pm but if you show up anytime close to 7pm or later they will NOT see you! They will even lie and say they are full when the parking lot is empty! Bad attitudes ready 2 go home at 7pm! Will NOT see you under any circumstances after 7pm! Depending on they day they might not see you after 6pm! They will tell u to go to the emergency room! Beware!
I had an extremely good experience at WellNow in Swansea, IL. On Sunday 8/30/2026 I walked in with a Right Radial Head Fracture. I was greeted immediately by the kindest, most helpful receptionist. She was so knowledgeable & patient. We waited maybe 10 mins or less and was taken to an exam room. Anthony Duran NP was very efficient. The Radiology Tech (Whitney) was very kind and friendly. The provider, Rachel King, PA, was phenomenal! As a nurse, I have high expectations. She listened and was so kind and caring!!
I had a pleasant experience today. I came here for my work physical and I was taken great care of. The customer service representative was so nice and I was able to schedule my appointment over the phone. They do not accept CASH payments so be prepared to pay by card.
