Always awful waits. Staff is usually as nice as they can be. Also usually a gaggle of them standing around either ordering or eating DoorDash the past 3 times I’ve been in. 1 other patient and still over an hour wait

Provider very thorough and professional I will rate him as ten out ten.your receptionist Tiffany ( 0 )for bieng rude and Lazy. People come to urgent care because they don't feel well and be greeted by this attitude. No way I come to well now in Swansea IL
The doctor and assistant were awesome they made my child feel safe! Very knowable and keen to my child’s needs!!! 1000/10 great service
Dr. Thomas was awesome! Very informative and thorough. Took great care of me during my visit.
