They do not honor their scheduled appointments in a timely manner. My appointment was for 5:40 I arrived at 5:30 It is now almost 7:15 and still haven't been seen. If you have a choice go to a different place
The people who I spoke with were incredibly kind, especially the person who did my triage. However, they did not treat my actual diagnosis, just my symptoms. I came in with complaints of nausea and asked to do a diagnosis test, which they did. They then told me that there were some things that weren’t right from my test and sent me on my way with a prescription for nausea. No nurse practitioner on site so unfortunately had to wait for a while to get on a zoom call. Very different but it did the job. The assistant that helped me, Kaiya was personable and friendly. Thank you Kaiya!
My wife and I have each been to WellNow UrgentCare and couldn't have been more happier. We loved the easy online check-in and the short wait when we got there. Lindsey was very caring and her staff was very professional, also. Obviously, we're coming back. Thank you very much!
