Extremely clean very nice staff very nicespace also very thorough and fast I would recommend it to anyone now my whole family goes there and my son is 8 and autistic and they did great with him and my fiance and myself thank you also extremely autism friendly Wellnow URGENT CARE 😀
What a great team!! Kenneth, Chyanna and Audrey were fabulous in getting my husband seen and stitched up! Things were busy but they were all so friendly and personable Wellnow is lucky to have all of them on staff!
Made an appointment and was still there for almost 2.5 hours. Received results of testing & knew I needed medication- I did not even receive a phone call "checking-in" until FOUR days later. They did not prescribe any necessary medication. Thankfully, I had already called my normal doc and got the prescriptions I needed upon receiving results. For some, this is not an option. WellNow is not worth your time or co-pay. Front desk staff was very nice, but I am not there for friends.
The staff was so welcoming and professional. I was in terrible shape with a dred UTI. They were so considerate of my comfort offering me to use the bathroom before getting started. I saw Steve Clark who took care to have sent his scripts for my healing quickly, he was quite nice and I would be glad to see him again if I need medical help. I was in and out and at my pharmacy then home comfortable and starting my scripts in a short time. So glad I went there. I would recommend them definitely. P.S. The receptionist was lacking in compassion in her curt demeanor, but otherwise, the nurse and doctor were professional, kind, and helpful. Also, charging $180 out of pocket instead of going through my insurance first was a shock. I was grateful to have to extra money to do that, but I know that would be cost prohibitive for many.
