My name is Conchetta Smith and I went into WellNow on Tuesday July 29, 2025 and although I was sent to the wrong place the medical receptionist ( Not sure her name) I know how she looks., that assisted me was A+ Cust service she did not turn me around she helped me complete my registration and she did not suggest I go where I apparently was suppose to go. No doubt the most efficient, streamlined, organized Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. And, unfortunately, I’ve been to a lot.
I used Well Now twice within the last year. Not only were they friendly (I was offered a snack while I waited!). The PA I saw there took the time to show me my hip X-ray (I was having pain 3 years after a hip replacement) Though the X-ray was “normal” he pointed out an area of concern. I followed up with my orthopedic surgeon and had a bone scan which was positive for loosening along the stem of the implant.
