I have a really good insurance through my work but unfortunately, blonde receptionist lady is not familiar with insurance proces at all. Paid 180 dollars fee before regular doctor visit. I was told they don't send bills to insurance companies or clients.
The staff were great helped out with any questions I had. Very welcoming for my first time and I can’t say enough how great of a experience I had.
The process was smooth and precise. Staff was very polite.
I went into WellNow in Queensbury, Ny for a deer tick that I didnt completely remove. I saw the PA, Jeremiah Edington. I was so scared of Lyme disease & Jeremiah removed the remains of the tick without any trouble. I was so grateful & relieved. He gave me a prophylactic dose of antibiotics & sent me on my way. I was also seen within 5 minutes of arriving! I highly recommend this facility.
