Walked in at 7:30 pm when they closed at 8pm. Going in because I knew my daughter had an ear infection. This was Sunday night. We wanted to avoid her missing school and she was in pain wanted her started on medicine. So anyways no one was there at front desk when I walked in and I peaked around and they were bouncing on a ball in the back laughing. NO ONE in the waiting room ONE car in the parking lot and she told me she had 4 rooms full with one Dr and they were too busy to take anymore walk ins. Won’t ever go back
I understand mistakes happen it is how they handle them within a timely manner to fix the issues that matter in the end. My 9 year old daughter was seen at one of their facilities due to a severe poison ivy case while being out of town. All the patient paperwork filled out, I had to give my name and info as the legal guardian as normal. on the computer end, their end they billed the insurance with her date of birth and my name, mistake right fix it. They all were very nice to me and listened to what I was saying and gave me the help I needed

We had the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctor’s office. My 4-year old son’s eye was matted shut and the nurse helped get it unstuck, spending about 10 minutes working on it. They gave him a little teddy bear and a slushie when he was done. They did a thorough assessment and gave excellent care! I’ve never seen him so calm at a doctors appointment. Thank you Danielle, Rashel, Jenny, and Arie!
