I wan to rate negative here, but no option. My son was having to eye bulging and head injury on 6th July 2024 evening around 6PM. They want me to pay ahead for urgent service and I also paid. Nurse Danielle Winzler, NP was assigned for checking. The moment we went to see her, she denied touching my son and told to take him to Henry Ford Hospital for ER because he was crying. Made an appointment and still had to sit in the waiting room for 2 hrs to be seen for a simple pre employment physical and drug screen.
This place is terrible. What’s the point in scheduling yourself, just to sit for two hours and watch WALK INS stroll right past me while I sit and hold my urine for a drug analysis. Do better.
