The entire staff, shows over and above, considerable kindness. After being denied service at IU urgent Care a few miles down the street by the Krogers.
It was a great experience! I actually scheduled an appt. for 2 pm but we got there around 1:15 and I walked in confirmed all my information which I had the opportunity to fill out prior. Even though the doctor schedule left sick I had a virtual call with another doctor which was very good, professional and was able to provide the prescriptions needed for my health issue!
One ear had completely stopped up with wax. I walked in without an appointment. They saw me immediately without an appointment. A tech took my vitals and asked me questions about my medications. The doctor looked in both ears and agreed they were full of wax. The tech returned and irrigated both ears. It was simple and although uncomfortable, it was painless. Everyone was very friendly. They sent me out with a sheet of directions. Start to finish was 40 minutes. I was very pleased.
I really appreciated all of their help. They're very caring and very easy to talk to they explain things very thoroughly! That's the only clinic that I like to go to for urgent Care!
