I was pleasantly surprised by the care received. It's an urgent care so you never know what to expect. I also went on a Saturday at 4pm, which is not anyone's favorite time to be working and our PCP is closed. But the nurses both out front and on back were kind and attentive. I took my 6 month old for an emergency check up I'll call it, for a persistent cough. Made an apt online, was able to upload my info, and paid in person, it was very easy check in process since it was on website. Doctor was extremely helpful, she listened, asked me questions for symptoms, gave advice, ran tests, and meds that applied to my condition. I liked the doctor on duty a lot for treatment, she was nice as well. It was quick, easy, and I have uses this facility several times and seems great.
