So...made an appointment for my 2 year old, got there 20 minutes early to check in, was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment, although walk ins taken after me were seen before us, provider heard the situation (pasta shoved up nose) barely looked up her nostrils and said she needed to go to ER bevause they couldn't flush her nostrils there, followed by I wish you spoke to me I could have saved you some dollars...Slocum Urgent Care from now on I guess
If you can avoid north Utica and go to this one, do it!!!!!! 10/10. World of w difference in care
Went in for stitches had an appointment and was kept waiting for hours. The doctor came in and told me she was going to get her glasses and would be right back and then went and saw another patient, leaving the door to my exam room open with a gaping wound. Do NOT go here.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. My problem was addressed promptly and I am on the mend. Bob D
