I had a terrible experience at this location. After a virtual appointment with a WellNow provider, I was told I could visit any WellNow location for a chest X-ray to check for possible pneumonia. I scheduled an appointment at the New Hartford office on 11/16/25 at 1pm and still ended up waiting nearly two hours without ever seeing a provider.
