I have never been to an urgent care clinic and I was pretty nervous, some of the reviews on here made me weary. Normally I like to tough out illnesses at home and I really try not to take up resources from care teams for things I can rememedy with rest and over the counter meds. Will not help you in any way to get better waste of time and your money do not use your insurance here go somewhere else who will actually try to help!!! Will never go back very disappointed

This place charged on top of copay. They don’t make that clear. But it’s a grift. It’s a pretty building, and there’s a slushee machined but reception is jaded and they charge double copay without notice. Don’t fall for the pleasant waiting room. EDIT: There is no need for a clarification from the owner. The fact that you charge double copay was made abundantly clear when I visited. You cannot pretend to offer good customer service by replying to a review offering clarity and that being the final word anyone sees.

Everything went very smooth from location, setting appt time, filling out papers online, short wait time. It was the weekend Abs they said they’d call with results but didn’t. So I ended up calling to confirm next steps needed. They were very nice and patient. Still would recommend
