Overseas billing department is very unhelpful (Yes overseas billing and financial information is available overseas). The root cause of the issue was front desk issue in Lafayette where they combined the correct street address with the lafayette city and zip code, so no bills ever made it to the correct address 70 miles away! Unfortunately Wellnow has no ability to fix this and now have to deal with collections.
I’ll start by saying I hate doctors. This is the only place I’ll go for help. Sure they won’t prescribe certain medications but they will do anything and everything in there power to help. 10/10 very friendly staff little expensive but what isn’t these days.
The visit was fast, the staff was friendly, they were attentive and thorough with the care. I actually preferred the visit to my PCP. I will recommend them first every time and it will be the first place I take my grandchildren definitely over the ER
