I went to wellnow urgent care today for an excessive cough with phlegm and exhaustion. I expected to be tested for flu, RSV, covid and get a chest c-ray and I did not. They didn’t even look in my mouth, ears or check my lymph nodes. I was told my lungs sound clear, it’s probably viral and to take Musinex to continue to loosen the mucous. I sure hope I’m not contagious to my co workers. Just felt like a waste of time to me and I’m disappointed in the care received.

I brought my elderly father in the day after he caught his pinky finger in a car door. The cut was still bleeding enough to cause concern, and I originally thought he might just need stitches. However, Dr. Dobrinski was very thorough—he suspected something more than a surface wound and ordered an X-ray, which revealed an open fracture. It was a good experience, professional receptionist & nurses. I was taken care of fast, very little wait time. Dr. Hostetter was absolutely wonderful knowledgeable and informative. I thank her!!
