Do not come here. Went in for pain ranging from mild (like it was during my visit) to crippling and making me cry in pain carrying my 1 year old and unable to get up from the floor for several minutes while home alone with said toddler. The nurse practitioner was never aware that my pain came and went and that it got that severe though because she interrupted me during my description of the injury and pain to have me demonstrate my current range of motion. Take it from a medical professional, do NOT go here. I had a terrible experience at the Taft location when my son had an ear infection and was coughing so bad he was vomiting and could barely breathe- I called, they said they had openings. I arrived 10 minutes later and they turned him away saying they had no appointments left. I decided I’d give the Cicero location a shot for myself as I couldn’t get in to my PCP. Needed help but stood at the front desk a good 10 minutes. No hello. No hi how are you. No what’s going on today. Was 100% ignored.
The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Both the nurse and the doctor were patient, helpful and took my concerns seriously. Being able to make an appointment on line was great!
Was in and out so quick and easy and showed genuinely caring
