Arrived at 11:30 with a sprain of my ankle. Honestly, I thought I would be there several hours. Brought me in and immediately the nurse came in took my vitals. Doctor came in and indicated I would need x rays, assistant came in within minutes brought me to the x ray room. Doctor came back in indicating no fracture. Was out with a boot on my ankle in 45 minutes. I still can’t believe it!!! Thank you !! Still in shock!!
Bring a winter coat. It’s freezing in the waiting room and plan to be there for well over an hour even with an appointment.
I’m hearing impaired. There’s a noisy fan in the lobby. I really want their front desk staff to at least recognize how hearing impairment works. We need to see you look at us when you speak! And look to we if what you’re saying is landing or not. But the nurse Angela Flores and NP Sterling Green treated me in a sterling fashion. Humor. Bedside manner. And real care. I didn’t want to leave but then gave me what I needed. A diagnosis and tests. I think it was my best care at urgent care in Latham or albany. Thanks!

I came in because I hurt myself. All staff took time made sure I was ok and even walked slowly with me. Although the results weren't what I wanted to hear, it was delivered with compassion
