Almost nobody was in there and it still took over 2 hrs to be seen. Go somewhere else if you want urgent care. If you want “whenever you feel like it care” this is the place for you.
Everyone from front desk to care team and doctors were very good, explained everything to me and even though there was a wait time, it was very busy it wasn't bad. Only complaint I do have is the room they put me in was freezing cold. Not comfortable for someone not feeling well.
Very clean environment. Staff was professional and attentive and took care of my needs in a timely manner.
Very calm place. They offer coffee or tea while you wait. They also have a slushie machine with 2 different flavors. The wait was nonexistent. Very Kind staff. Treated me as Family. I will definitely return if needed. Thank you guys for treating me with the respect I deserve. And the care you gave
