Wouldn’t come here for anything. Make an appointment wait for over an hour - take all ins first. Staff sits around on FaceTime while patients are waiting to check in. Staff was rude. Albany Med is at quicker and more pleasant.
The latham location specifically - Everyone was kind, and good humoured. I don't like going to the Dr's, and always hesitate bringing myself to any er or urgent care - I would definitely come back here again if need be 🫶
Everyone was amazing and I was in and out quick
I was very pleased on how I was treated as a patient. Everyone Scott(Provider) Alyssa(Nurse) Cheyenne(Reception) Sydney(PCT) Katerina(PCT) took excellent care of me. It wasn’t a long wait no longer than 15 minutes. Scott was thorough in asking questions about my medical history and how I was feeling. I will definitely tell friends and family of how WellNow Urgent Care is a great place to visit when you are not feeling well.
Very friendly staff, it was quick care as well
