Very thankful for how quickly I was able to be in and out thanks to Joanna and Melanie. The staff are well organized and it is very clean. I advise making an appointment and getting there earlier in the day.
Our experience at WellNow Urgent Care Latham was awesome! From the moment we walked in, receptionist Mya was friendly and helpful. We knew urgent care normally takes longer than a regular doctor appointment, but Mya took the time to apologize and explain the wait time. We were actually able to grab a snack across the street while we waited for our appointment. Upon our return, we were greeted with hot coffee and cold slushies! Good place but have a hard time to follow up with a provider on a phone
Absolutely unacceptable - I scheduled an appointment for 840 in the morning, walk in to be told there are 8 people ahead of me and one provider and it would be 2 and a half hours. Absolutely terrible.
Terrible, my husband went here and they basically said nothing was wrong but that they still wanted him to go to the ER so they can draw a troponin and that the ER would have access to the CXR and EKG done at wellnow. Guess what the ER didn’t have? And guess what had to be repeated! Now we’re stuck with a big bill from the ER after repeating the above items because wellnow never sent the results to the ER they recommended us to do to AND they kept sending the RX to the wrong pharmacy… TWICE.
