I usually don't rate places but I have to rate Wellnow in Latham. I booked an appointment yesterday for today. I could have booked one the same day with plenty of times available every 20 minutes. However I was out of town for the day. So today I go, walking and the woman working registration was beyond friendly. She took my insurance and took me right back to a room. Waited over an hour, ended up walking out finally. Apparently they will still charge insurance which makes no sense.

We brought my son to Well Now Urgent Care in Latham to care for injuries he sustained in a bike accident. We were 100% pleased and impressed! The space is modern, extremely clean and comfortable. I’m talking massage chairs in the internal waiting room comfortable.
