I went last night and I loved how the staff helped my granddaughter we went in right away, the receptionist was lovely and Elsa and doctor Ghani were terrific!
Booked a Physical for my job online. Showed up with the paperwork for them to sign off on me. Receptionist at the desk said “let me check with the provider to see if they will sign off on this”. Receptionist came back and said because it asks for a doctor’s signature we cannot sign off in this and we also cannot sign off that you would be able to physically meet these requirements since we aren’t able to test you on them. I was seen immediately when I walked in for my appointment. The staff were polite and professional. I was seen by the medical professional, diagnosed and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely use go to the same site again.
Had a pleasant appointment made on the phone. Reservation was for 6. Walked with one person in the waiting room. The desk was empty 45 mins later asked for help and when we would be able to be seen. This was a check up to get some test done. Long story sort we didnt leave till 8:50. The doc was nice but the place was a bit of a mess. Seems disorganized and short staffed.
