Wait time is ridiculous every time I come
I went for DOT physical. No waiting, I went in without an appointment and they took me right in. Everybody working there was very nice.
When I have them my registration and check in forms, they Left me standing at the desk on a broken ankle for five minutes and didn’t explain anything to me, and then refused to see me because they couldn’t process my copay (my insurance doesn’t have copay) until their boss, who wasn’t in that day, responded to a text message. The guy behind me looked like he was in danger of losing his eye and they wouldn’t see him either until he paid out of pocket because he didn’t have his card on him. Doctors are great. The front desk is where it lost 2 stars. Had to find my own way to the room when told to come back. That’s all that was said to me. Once I found the room, nothing was said. Closed the door and left. The front desk is very unprofessional.
Didn’t wait at all it was a good experience very professional in and out no time at all less than an hour
