Unfortunately billing cant get it together, I have been billed more then my co pay!!!!!!!! .... and on top of it billed a month later when my family should not be billed at all due to having 2 health insurances you really need to pay attention they literally sent a bill into collections without my notification....as I thought I was CLEAR due to NEVER paying co pays with 2 accepted insurances, their excuse was the secondary kicked it back BECAUSE THEY BILLED THE WRONG COMPANY! I went to the wellness center for my appointment on Saturday. I was able to meet with a Dr. Clark who gave me a test and told me it would be 1 to 3 days for me to get my results. I received the results the very next day. The doctor actually called me directly on a Sunday to let me know the results, and they immediately called in my prescription. I am very happy with the service that I received.
My first time at this location on Vandenburgh Ave in Troy was a real treat. I had broken my foot, which I learned there, but had the best experience ever! The center, is so well run, by all women (I believe). Signing in with paperwork was easy, fast & efficient. I was seen after a very brief wait, and I believe it was Eva who said I’d need X-rays. They’re always so nice and friendly. We mostly frequent because of sudden illnesses with our toddler, and each and every time they have been so good to her. We are currently expecting another one, and they even wrote on the discharge papers “congrats on the new baby!”
Had a deeply weird, though not altogether negative experience. The whole place is plastered with ads for WellNow's non-FDA approved Ozempic alternative, and the questionnaire kept asking if I wanted to be considered for the drug (despite being well below the threshold for qualifying). There's a slushie machine in the waiting room (???) which would be pretty cool anywhere but in the waiting room of a healthcare facility where it's being used by sick people all day every day.
