Ran here on my lunch break to get my ear checked out. Had a great experience the last time I visited this location. This time, I had an absolutely horrible experience. The location was seemingly empty, and the check I needed would take a total of five minutes. Nurse came in quickly to check out my vitals. I was there on Sunday and I was offered a doctor's note. I declined because I thought I could work. I want to work Monday and had a tough time so I called Monday evening. Staff said the DR on staff would review and call me back. I was never called back. I called Tuesday And I spoke to office staff member Angel. This was the worst experience I have had while trying to get my child cared for. I made an appointment here because my child was experiencing ear pain/vomiting and I had concerns about a reoccurring ear infection. My appointment was at 2:40 and the cost was almost $200. We were seen close to 4:00 and the physician set her phone down with a visible stopwatch running, I suppose to see how fast she can see patients.
