Front desk staff will steal your card information. Actual appointment went fine but that spoils the whole place for me. This should be a fireable offense, I’m extremely disgusted by this deplorable behavior and would rate lower if I could.
I had never been a big fan of going to urgent care in the past, ever since I started going to wellnow (north Greenbush NY) it has been a great experience each time. Very efficient, positive and professional. The NP Andrea was extremely helpful as are the receptionist and nurses. The slushy machines don't hurt either
Very quick and always have a good experience. I really like the option to book an appointment online verses just doing a walk in. However, we have had to do a walk in before and they are still very quick and efficient at seeing us and very helpful. Overall, a very good experience and I would highly recommend anyone to go here verses the emergency room if you need to be seen but it’s non-emergent. Thank you for the good experience. They are also very clean at all times.
I loved everything about this place…. I was in and out and they were ALL friendly and attentive while you wait
