My medical concerns were professionally and competently addressed. Intake person was beyond cordial and helpful. The entire process was genuinely pleasant and very efficient. Sadly, not once was I offered a Belgian chocolate or complimentary espresso. I genuinely cannot understand how my experience could have been better. Apart from an espresso.
Very friendly doctors, nurses, and reception. Clean and cool environment. I was able to make an appointment online to speed the process up. Overall, I spent less than an hour here which is very good considering the last Urgent Care I went to took over 4 hours.
I was singing their praises after the great care I received here but their billing system is a mess. It's not worth the time and aggravation.
1 person in lobby, but and 1 hour wait. I went elsewhere.
