Just want to add my positive experiences here. I don’t have a primary at the moment, so I’ve had to visit a few times recently and they’re great here. Reasonable wait times with/without appointments and all staff/nurses/doctors are respectful, professional, and overall very kind. Would recommend :)
Very disappointed with their services, most especially the communication level. I booked an appointment in advance, and I also expedited the online check-in process. Upon arrival, 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I was told that they couldn't take me in because all the rooms were full. Really? What happened to informing me way ahead of time via text message or phone call? I booked an appointment, not a walk-in, and you're speaking a language I don't understand.

I had a bad cough for days. I tested negative for Covid several times at my doctor on Long Island but still couldn’t get rid of the cough. This facility tested me for strep and it was negative. They gave me an Rx for Benzonatate for 5 days because they said I have a virus and slow but surely it’s working! Thank you for quick appointments and solving my problem!
