I could not have asked for more curteous or more efficient attention to my medical needs. I would probably drive extra miles to got to that facility if and when i have urgent medical needs in the future.
I made an appointment and registered online. I arrived on time, and there was no waiting. The staff was thorough, knowledgeable , professional, and very helpful.
WellNow has absolutely horrible billing services. I went to this facility on June 1st but I did not receive my bill until the end of July. Then when I went to pay it, the online payment did not match my invoice so I had to call them to figure out what was going on. After sitting on hold forever, someone in India I could barely understand informed me that a program I was originally eligible for ran out so I had to pay a higher amount.
