WellNow has absolutely horrible billing services. I went to this facility on June 1st but I did not receive my bill until the end of July. Then when I went to pay it, the online payment did not match my invoice so I had to call them to figure out what was going on. After sitting on hold forever, someone in India I could barely understand informed me that a program I was originally eligible for ran out so I had to pay a higher amount. I had an appointment in May and was seen same day. Friendly staff. I was not charged a copay. I was too sick to notice. It was not a helpful doc visit (the med did not work at all) but I could have gone back for another visit and pay another copay. I did not. In June I visited to pay my copay. I was told to wait for the bill and they could not take my payment. Bill came almost two months later in form of a past due notice. It reflected a 20% discount. I was traveling and away from home. Had an allergic reaction to something, spots, itching and face swelling. The staff at WellCare urgent center could not have been more helpful. Got me in right away, very professional and compassionate. Prescription was given for treatment and we were able to get on the road home. Appreciate the staff, Lauren, Andrew , and PA Heidi.
