2 veces e visitado el lugar y no vuelvo. Casi siempre está vacío pero la recepcionista me a hecho esperar más de 25 minutos . Dice espere sentada yo le llamare ,sin preguntar ni el nombre .la segunda vez 32 mint y nada, me levante y me fui al Wilson urgente care. Lo siento mucho pero es una realidad.
Made an appointment for my son to get his cut glued at 7:30p and when I walked in the receptionist or whoever he is stopped me at the door and claimed they had an emergency in the back and wasn’t taking anymore people. He said they were waiting on a ambulance to come but after I walked back out I sat in the parking lot to look up another urgent care and no ambulance ever came and RGH hospital is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!
Not sure how you can call this an “urgent care” when they request you make an “appointment”. Meaning pre register online. Waited in a long line for an hour just to sign in. The lady at the front desk was struggling with her job. The computer systems wouldn’t talk to each other. Clearly another company trying to cut receptionist jobs to save money but the process isn’t streamlined yet. Back end staff/flow was good. Front end process was terrible. I love the staff at E. Ridge Rd. WellNow. I've been there a few times and everyone is kind, polite, professional and in good spirits. They made me feel welcome every time and Mae sure I am taken care of as soon as possible.
