I am writing this while waiting in the "lounge". I made an appointment online and it is currently over an hour past my scheduled appointment time (and someone waiting next to me made an appointment 10 minutes before mine - actually, he just got up and I think he's in the process of cancelling because it has taken so long). I had a similarly long wait at another WellNow location, which leads me to believe appointment times are largely irrelevant at any location you go to. My 1st experience here was far from great. I was in to be seen for a ppd test for my new job and I set the appointment online in advance. I was so disgusted with the service at the front desk I left and came back. To my surprise the lady at the front desk was still there and my issue with her was she acted completely unaware and unintelligible about the epass with the barcode. She treated my appointment as if I was a walk in. Although, this was an appointment set in advance online. Mind you, This is my only day off this week... read more

Made appointment. Got right in. Doctor and staff were thorough, professional and most of all helpful!
