Long wait to get see back the doctor and and hire more staff who wants to have a job
Facility very clean, staff members are friendly and short waiting period. Once in an exam room, you're seen quickly!
Irondequoit office got me right in. Although, try and book an appointment before going, something I was aware of. The receptionist was very caring, nurse was attentive to my needs. The PA on shift diagnosed my problem and sent me to the ER of which I was given the treatment necessary. The staff were exceptional and they all worked really well together.
Very nice group. Was in and out very professional.
Everyone was wonderful!!! Thank You for taking such great care of me and for the follow up after my visit 😊
