All the people at the wellness were happy, kind, and you should be very thankful that they work for you.
I'm glad they take Excellus BCO again, it was a trying time there for awhile. They're wonderful, get you in quickly and out very good customer service, dislike the way you have to login with your phone... it's ridiculous, never been able to through the app. Always had to come there and ask for help because the page wouldn't let me advance to finish logging in. That needs help
I had thought I broke my finger. It was swollen with a ring on it. Very painful! They were very professional courteous and kind. Glad to find out that my finger was in fact not broken! They carefully cut my (favorite ring) off and I will be able to have it repaired no problem. A little ice for my finger and ibuprofen for the pain. Thanks Well Now for easing my pain and being able to carry-on. Your's truly, Eric Antczak.

Fast and very friendly from the girls at the check in to the docs and nurses I would go hear before my docs because you get right in also you can make appointments on the website..
