The staff were all friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. They love their job. This is what all of the staff conveyed to me. It was not said verbally bit through their actions.
I’ve been there other times and they’ve always treated me phenomenal. I went there a week ago with an injury and they were above and beyond what I could’ve asked for I highly recommend going to well now.
I can't wait to talk to someone in a supervisor real about my experience at the Irondequoit Wellnow office. The receptionist was completely rude to me, a veteran, and had an attitude the whole time. She even had an attitude with patients before me. This is unacceptable 😤
The nurses over are the best and most caring .
Not only was the staff(with the exception of the NO) lackadaisical and slow, their billing department is awful. I have two insurances, which I provided at check-in, so I don’t have any copay; they not only did not bill me but sent me straight to collections. I have excellent credit and now they are screwing me up. When I called the billing department, they wouldn’t lift a finger to help resolve this error. They told me it was my problem.
