I went there for an infection in my elbow/arm they took me right in right away and saw me I was there maybe 20 minutes or less and they gave me the antibiotic I needed I would definitely go back there again
Came her for my mother who was broken out in welts .. it took them 20 min at the front desk to get us checked in there were 2 assistants at the desk and only one was checking the patients in the other one was on her phone. 1 gentleman in front of us. We finally get checked in and during that time of waiting there were approx. 3-4 patients after us that got checked in (who seemed pretty normal) and they had taken them before my mother. I will never come to this location again
For the doctors I arrived and explained what I believed to my issue was I sat in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes I went in for x-rays when they gave me the copy of my x-ray disc I knew that something was going on they put a splint on my arm. They were very very kind everybody and I did get to an orthopedic surgeon they helped me a lot. For Wellnow thank you thank you thank you so much!
Registered online for an appointment at 12:35. I was there at 1pm and literally walking out the door with a script at 1:35. Efficient, friendly, and they put my mind at ease. I brought a book thinking I would have to wait forever…never even got the chance to open it.
I appreciated that he spoke to me like an intelligent, informed patient rather than someone that had no idea about their own condition. That was very welcomed and appreciated!
