Warning: I would avoid this company. They provided no help, billed the wrong insurance, and then charged my credit card instead. If I could give negative I would. Charging teachers $180 when they see on the insurance card its $0 is insane. When asked to talk to a manager she asked to what it was reffering then after being told the issue she stated that the manager already left. It was 5:45, they closed at 8. She also stated that managers cannot override or change the amount. When asked if that statement was on record and true she became irate and started raising her voice. misleading, front desk staff is uninformative. just another corporation stealing money because if you know you cant help, why even take me to get triaged? oh thats right, so you can take my copay and bill my insurance for a 99202! PA Daniel Venerro needs to go take his bedside manner training again. speaks to patients incredibly condescendingly, didnt ask my history and spoke down on me. after denying religious resources, he shut down and refused to advise me on any where else to go.

Very thorough attention to my problem ( stubborn nosebleed and I had a 7 hour drive to do that day) - I heard the doctor calling another doctor who was on call to support and got a second opinion and advice on treatment. Treatment worked and I was as on the road and trouble free. I really liked that she was honest and asked for help and got great backup from the larger medical team. Just like an ER but not so rushed ( and much shorter). It was easy to make appt online and see which location I could get into fastest.
