Easy online appointment process!…Reception registered me quickly and took me back to a room. The PA and Nursing staff were attentive and efficient! I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription and work note!! It couldn’t get any better!
I had made my appointment for the williamsville location but I mistakenly went to the Sheridan drive location instead. Fred S. was so understanding and helpful when I discovered my mistake! I'm also in the healthcare field and told him I was sorry but I've got time to drive and make it. He gently told me no. I was in luck, it's not busy we'll get you in right now. I was very grateful! The staff at wellnow all were very pleasant and this is something you don't find at a lot of facilities so I am pleased with my visit
