Urgent care is always tough. I went to the DENT location. It was nice. My husband recently has been to the one on Sheridan. Also, very nice Both facilities are clean.
Had an appointment for pre-employment medical services days in advance, showed up for my appointment and they were closed. Went to a nearby alternative WellNow location and they said this place is likely closed due to staffing issues. They didn’t inform me that they’re closing at all, no warning to reschedule or anything. I drove all the way in from Toronto for this so it’s really disappointing. Do not go here. The nurses here are super rude and pretentious.
Receptionist was very helpful in checking me in. The PA, Jessica, was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon examining me she was able to determine the suspicion of my diagnosis. She ordered x-rays & was very kind to let me go home and wait until the xrays were read by a Radiologist. She promptly called me back & read the diagnosis over the phone to me. All of the staff were considerate & professional.
My hand wounds were assessed and i was prescribed a liquid antibiotic. The medical staff was concerned, reviewed my past medical history thoroughly, and addressed my issues carefully.
