My physician advised me to visit urgent care if I continued to experience discomfort. I chose WellNow Urgent Care as a walk-in and didn’t have to wait long. When Sarah Weber, NP, saw me, I received excellent service and care from Dr. Weber. I had two injuries: one to my thumb and another to my groin. She explained what was happening in a clear, understandable manner. I required therapy. She referred me to therapy and also stated that she would see me in two weeks. Thank you again for your service.
Why bother with appointments if you’re going to keep people waiting for an hour+ past the appointment time?
I was a walk in and was treated friendly by each staff member I came in contact with. The PA, Danielle was through and knowledgeable. The xray tech, McKenzie was gentle and knowledgeable too. Very good experience.
