Very clean! No one was there when we arrived but 6 people showed up behind us after we got there! Easy registration, no appointment necessary. I was there for an ongoing issue of Acute Bronchial Pneumonia and I took my 11 year old son because he is on his 2nd double ear infection diagnosis since losing the tubes in his ears. The staff was very nice and kind and accommodating to this old lady. My only problem was the steroids were only prescribed for five days The sciatic nerve pain has not gone away! I may have needed a longer course of treatment. For the inflammation in my sciatic nerve.

Sunday, May 24 at Tonawanda location on Sheridan & NF Blvd. My first visit. Many open appointments. Very clean and welcoming. Receptionist, Andrea, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Also met with two nurses along with video consultation with a doctor. From start to finish I was in and out in less than an hour. I would normally go to my gp but being a Sunday/Holiday weekend I didn’t want to wait. I would definitely go again and recommend to others if needed.

I have never been treated so poorly for simply declining to go to another location for an X-ray after already waiting patiently with my baby. I completely understood the circumstances and that it was not the staff’s fault the tech could not come. However, when I declined, NP Casey Renaud became blatantly rude and then questioned why I was being “rude.” The interaction felt degrading and unprofessional.
