This was our first time at this location and they were only offering virtual appointments so we spent a few minutes with the nurse who would be assisting with the exam, while we waited for the Dr.... ANDREA WAS AMAZING 10 STARS!!!! My daughter is a toddler and Andrea was so great with her, it felt like we had a new friend by the time we felt. And her fun shoes were an amazing icebreaker. 1.) homeless person soliciting people in the waiting room, nurse said it was ok because he wasn’t “bothering anyone” or throwing things and to leave him alone(?) 2.) could hear nurse talking outside door about another patient's green BV 3.) overheard they left a girl in room 4 FOR TWO HOURS AND DIDNT KNO SHE WAS THERE, they were wondering why the door was closed(?) 4.) made my appointment online for 3:30 LEFT AT 5:20. U make a appointment u get there 15 minutes early and haven’t been seen in almost a hour I wish I could give this place 0 stars I guess making a appointment doesn’t matter
