I have always gone to Well now urgent care and I’ve never had a bad experience they always had a set of crutches for me 🤦♀️ however, this time I guess because they have changed the way you register to see someone the young lady in the front came of a bit rude. Once in the back, the assistant and the provider seen my little one every thing turned around and got better! It was the best experience I had at any urgent care or emergency room ever. The check in was easy and effortless and the receptionist or intake person was so pleasant I felt good about coming. Some ER can make you feel like you’re wasting their time. The doctor was extremely friendly and pleasant and examined my foot thoroughly explaining everything she was doing and seeing.
