I made appointment when I was on vacation for illness and everything went exceptional. Very professional and easy handling insurance. I am thankful I found WellNow. I would recommend 100%
This is the second time I’ve gone to Wellnow and both times were great experiences! I was seen almost immediately. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the provider could not have been more thorough. I can’t recommend this urgent care enough!!
I had an amazing experience here! I had a scratch on my eye which I was very concerned about due to my already poor vision. I saw a NP named Megan. She was amazing! I thought I wouldn’t get much out of it since it was an eye problem, she found the problem and reassured me. I would rate this 10/10! Very quick service also.
You are ill in the Ogdensburg area. You can happily rely on this urgent care. It’s clean it’s responsive and the medical people are knowledgeable. I was happy with my visit.
Excellent service late in the day. Had a mixup in my prescription after they closed and I called the Massena clinic. Wellnow was able to fix the issue promptly and I got my medication.
