This place tried to incorrectly charge me so I had to go to the ER. My insurance card clearly says I have 0 deductible and my copay should be $50. They tried to charge $180. They said if I could show the proof then they’d change it so I did. They then pointed out my OUT OF POCKET MAX numbers and tried to say that was my deductible. I was so dizzy and out of it that I just said whatever and left. And yes- this urgent care is in network.
Experience speaks volumes when a practitioner applies that knowledge to patient care. I will be going back to my Duke ENT & allergist to tell them how nasal sprays can be most effectively administered.
We are grateful to this walkin service and very friendly staff. 11 yr old had worsening of head cold, Developed earache, fever, sore throat at 8:30 PM and we’re able to get a diagnosis test results and prescription in time to get home and take it by 9 PM. Needless to say, This was great, Service.
