Our daughter had a wonderful visit on 10/27/25. The nurse and Dr were amazing very compassionate and sensitive to her needs. If every nurse and Dr were as kindhearted as they are. Kids would be more accepting of seeing Dr. Thank you for making my daughter's visit special. As a mom of a child who hates Drs and Dr appointments. So appreciate you all who were there yesterday ♥️
Wendy was so friendly and knowledgeable. she explained everything to me and was very positive!
The staff is always very pleasant and concerned. The wait time is relatively short, which is always appreciated when you’re not feeling well .
WellNow clinic in Massena, New York at the Hart Haven Plaza was a nice place to visit. I did a work physical. The nurse practitioner who took care of me, Wendy was very efficient and caring. The front staff answered all of my questions. The place and neat and clean and they have free drinks Including a slushy . Everybody was knowledgeable and pleasant Aunt highly recommend recommended.
