This was one of the most unusual experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. It was my first time going to an appointment alone as an 18-year-old, and to add to that, I was in a city and state I’d never been to before. The first time we were there we waited nearly 3 hours to be seen because the X-ray tech was in Catskill. The next day we returned because the injury did not look good. We waited 2 hours and we were never seen because we left. Staff on both days were rude and uncaring.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED ME, HAD NO COST TRANSPARENCY, THEN REFUSED TO TALK TO ME!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! UPDATE: Billing department (located in India) told me that they saw that I had been double charged (actually triple charged at this point) and they would work to refund my card. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing has happened. I went into the business and complained...they said there was nothing they could do. They are literally stealing from people and then shrugging it off to some customer service ... read more

This place is great as are the people. We have been there a few times for various urgent needs and it has been smooth and easy. They also have coffee and slushies in the waiting area

The receptionist was knowledgeable and competent. However, the nurse stuck me three times for blood work, which is unusual for me. Additionally, I waited over two hours just to get a physical done for my work with PPL. This is a significant increase from my usual one-hour wait for a physical. I’ve been doing this for 14 years and I have never experienced such a long wait.
