I have never been in a medical environment where they make you feel as comfortable as WELL NOW on Rte 9 by Walmart in Hudson. The staff always changing along w Drs also, but every visit everyone was so kind and accurate and caring, the way it's supposed to be!!! Thank you so much for restoring my sound for me, what a difference when one felt totally deaf. Everything was great until I called back to see if my test results came back. The receptionist was short but later much nicer. Must have been a very busy day.
Easy to book, next to no wait, friendly and competent staff !
I had to take my spouse to Urgent Care seven weeks ago. Again, I repeat: SEVEN weeks ago. The providers were kind, and did their best to alleviate her pain, despite being limited in the services they could provide. We paid for the visit and thought it was all done. This morning we woke up to a fraudulent charge of $175 from WellNow. Fortunately our bank caught it and closed the account, but apparently this is a nationwide problem with WellNow, they just randomly charge cards within their system and if your bank doesn’t catch... read more
