Went to WellCare Sat am in Lewiston was greeted with a smile. The Gentleman at the desk took my information. He called me back to the desk, gave back my cards. I sat down and within five minutes I was in the back room. The nurse that came in, was very very good explained everything to me, and then I believe I saw Either a physician assistant or nurse practitioner first name was Melita. I am surprised I haven't reviewed them yet! I have been here several times, for both myself and my kid. They are absolutely wonderful! Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses to the providers, are incredibly kind and efficient. I am so happy we have this nearby and honestly go here before even attempting to schedule with our doctors for things like strep, animal bites, and sprains. Thank you so much!
I went to Lewiston Well Now at approximately 11AM. I waited three minutes to get to the back then they took my history. I waited for about 5 minutes for the nurse practitioner and she told me what was wrong sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I was in and out in less than a half hour. I had a very good experience. I will go back there again.
Staff members were very kind and made me feel comfortable.
