LEWISTON FACILITY: This facility has exquisite staff, from front desk to treating personnel. To a person, they were caring, professional, communicative, and thorough. The building is new and well appointed, with toys to allay little ones' worries, filtered water and snacks, to a slushie machine that takes the sting (pun intended) out of getting a pesky injection. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the all my needs
Very very happy with the care I got from WellNow urgent care. Probably will skip my doctors office and just head to WellNow urgent care instead.
My adult son had to go in 10-15 minutes before they closed because he was nauseous and delirious with a 104°F temperature. The impudance of the he/she behind the counter to tell my son 'I'll fit you in this time but next time go somewhere else that isnt closing in 10 minutes '! I am disgusted by the lack of empathy on display. They are in the Healthcare field, and towards the urgency/emergency end of that spectrum, meaning they should be just as accepting when they open as they are even 1 minute before they close. Wildly unprofessional, been here twice and both times you can hear the workers talking bad about you, or just about your diagnosis out loud for all to hear!! Apparently HIPPA laws do not apply at this location because it and all of the employees are a walking violation! Service is also just rude, feels like they just want your money and will diagnose you with whatever they feel like. Do not waste your time at the Lewiston location!!
