If I could give a lower rating, I would. My boyfriend went in around August due to a rash spreading on the back of his leg. They didn't do any testing, just gave him an antibiotic, a topical cream and said he was bit by a bug. Here we are months later, now having to go to the emergency room because it's hard for him to walk, the rash is back and spreading to different areas, his heart rate is extremely elevated, etc. Doctor there is pretty sure it's Lyme disease, gave him an antibiotic for it, and we are waiting for the test... read more
I honestly love this place! Staff is super kind to my little one and I. I have scheduled multiple appointments online. And each time we have been seen in a timely fashion! Several doctors even let my daughter use their stethoscope so she could listen to heart own heart! Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy right away! This place is awesome, and great for children. I have been here many times and I have never had a bad experience!

I had a really great experience at WellNow. Dr. Brian Glick was excellent—smart, funny, quick, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made the whole experience comfortable and easy. The nurse was also amazing—very kind, funny, efficient, and professional. You could tell they both knew what they were doing, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I tried giving NO stars, but I was unable to. Infact if possible I would have given NEGATIVE stars because that's how bad the service was. This level of POOR service was at the front of house, the person that's supposed to welcome you to a business. I want to make you aware that I am 60 years old so I'm not some young kid that hasn't been around the block a couple of times. I have never been treated with such distain in my life.
