I registered and made an appointment online. I was greeted pleasantly upon arrival and seen immediately by a nurse and then a PA. I waited only a few minutes for the X-ray tech to arrive and take X-rays. All and all I was in and out in a very short time. I have been seen at the Amsterdam WellNow three times so far and have been more than pleased at their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend them.
The doctor did a video call, so what my problem was. He explained in detail and suggested the right meds to help with my issue
I initially went to St Mary's urgent care wich turned into a nightmare. I will spare the details but that was expected. I stepped out of that long line and went next door to the WellNow Urgent Care. Got signed in right away. They said they were pretty busy and had quite a few people ahead of me. I got placed in a room within 5 minutes and was taken care of not too long after. If I need that kind of service again, I will be going back there, not St Mary's
I came into the office saying I have an appointment but didn't see my name, the woman at the desk was really helpful and I made the appointment for the next day, no problem she took my info and was seen within a half hour, the Nurse, Dr & staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone to go there.
