From the moment I walked in, despite how sick I was feeling, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the environment was. The reception area offered small comforts like a slushie machine, a Keurig, and even an arcade game, and the receptionist greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately helped lift my spirits. I was told on the phone and when I got there for my appointment that the $175 visit included the flu/respiratory virus swab. I paid the $175 after my 3 minute visit with the PA, then got a bill for the swab 2 months later. Numerous phone calls and much time wasted, the end result being they admit to saying that, but too bad, I still gotta pay, so sorry. Made an appointment. No wait time. Very caring and sent text messages on my follow-up to see how I was feeling.
