After a few weeks I get the same bills again with no answer. Wellnow replied to this post and asked me to email them. My first email went unanswered for a week. Then I got another email after I resent providing me with no answers whatsoever, just the same bills I had from before. This is pointless and a waste of time. I may be seeking legal help. Overall my visit was fine, but when checking in they directly ask you if you are interested in weight loss drugs. Weight loss drug posters are everywhere in the office, and overall it’s got just very sketchy vibes. These practices feel extremely predatory. People should feel comfortable in a doctors office, not constantly hounded about weight loss drugs, especially considering how dangerous they can be.
I went to WellNow in Rome Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience. Less than a 5 minute wait and excellent care!! I would highly recommend!
