The wait was short and the experience was great all staff were very knowledgeable friendly and helpful
I decided to come here because I had been at the ER at Rome hospital a week prior and it had been a complete waste of time. I was there for over seven hours complaining of chest pain and they didn’t run a single test. My chest pain had gotten worse in the week since I had visited the hospital so I figured I would try Well Now Instead. The entire experience was a complete 180 from the hospital. I was taken right in ..They listened to me and I was out in no time...they knew what I needed ( for my scratched cornea) and called in a prescription pretty quick. Good visit
This place is altogether horrible,staff have nasty attitudes as soon as you walk in like they don’t want to see you , I went in today and had to hear the lady at the front desk yelling at a older woman about how “her past due balance was in collections since 2023 and couldn’t be seen until payed” I Understand the payment part but you don’t have to yell at the woman in front of of everyone and put her busines out there so all to hear . That never make u feel welcomed at all they make u feel like your bothering them .
I was seen two days in a row for an infected bug bite. I didn’t wait even 10 minutes and was out with antibiotics at my pharmacy ready and I’m the infection is getting better even just a few days after. And they were all very nice and helpful. If you’re trying to get ‘medicine’…don’t bother these poor people. I had to go to the ER for IV antibiotics and they only gave me one pain pill while I was there. Other than that I would recommend it over any ER for a Ute problems. If you’re seriously hurt call 911. Come on now…
