I needed an exam/assessment for an acute illness and chose WellNow in Lakewood. Friendly, efficient staff who got me in and out within 1hr. But, the most important service I received was an office staff who checked me in kindly, an office nurse who empathized in a therapeutic way while asking basic questions, and a thorough Telemed visit with an NP who LISTENED to me . To start Tuesday I was told I'd get a call wensday so I could make a complaint, which never happened. Which respectfully is very unprofessional. However Tuesday around 7 I came in and the doctor with black hair in almost a bob style absolutely treated me disgustingly. Initially I heard her outside my room making comments about either me or another patient. Making rude comments about how they need to start going to er and how their not "intensive care". Got me in right away even before my scheduled appointment. The whole staff were so nice and explained everything! :)
Nice friendly service!
This place gives excellent care. We e were seen after only a few minutes and staff were kind and courteous. Once, I was assessed, a treatment plan was put into motion and I was sent to the ER for more indepth testing.
