I went in and it happened to not be busy. I got right in, seen immediately, tests run, diagnosis made with everything in a timely manner. Dr. Jessica is the best!

Well now in Lakewood ny is a great place hardly any wait, and once you go back everything is quick and precise. The front desk needs a bit of adjustment, not very friendly, sorta have the i dont care attitude.
I feel your staff in RN did a great job making me feel comfortable and that they were truly knowledgeable. They were all very professional and caring and very happy Group. I’ve been a volunteer at UPMC for 26 years now and I can tell a good group of Help care individuals.
I scheduled an appointment online and was greeted as I walked into the clinic. The staff was very friendly, they got me in quickly and within minutes, they knew what was going on with me. The provider, Kristina C, was awesome! She had an antibiotic and a follow-up med submitted to the pharmacy before she even came into the room, making the process quick and smooth. She was also extremely friendly and had a great bedside manner! 10/10 experience!
