Made an appointment and checked in all online. When I got there they took us on time. Staff was friendly, patient, and courteous. Perfect experience.
I took my son here due to exposure of cold like symptoms and the Staff was extremely kind, caring and supportive. They offered him stickers and toys, not to mention the slushy machine in the waiting area. As well as the Pac-Man arcade game. WellNow Urgent Care curates a comforting, friendly space!
I was dealing with unusual breakouts on my face. The provider at WellNow took the time to listen and then treat the issue. There was no judgement. Care and compassion were present. Thank you for the healing experience.
Website and phone AI assistant relays that x-rays are available. Beware once you pay they will tell you they cannot perform x-rays!! Poor communication!!
