Had a fast growing ear infection. In and out in 30 minutes.
On my visit 4/23 in Jamestown NY at the WellNow Urgent Care, the staff was fabulous from the welcoming reception staff, the NP who cared for me and staff seeing you leave. All were friendly, helpful and caring. Two staff who just saw me in the hallway as I was leaving said hope you feel better. I will add I witnessed while checking in a reception staff member providing extra support to a young girl who didn't have her insurance card, the staff looked up the phone number for her to call to get her information.
