Jessica is a mess of a provider. Way too personal and unprofessional. Disrespectful and downright rude. I would not trust her with you or your families care
This place is the best place I can think to go for things that are not emergency occasions but some emergencies are ok but they are fast friendly and most important quick in most cases.
Able to make appt. In advance. Very efficient ck in at desk. Friendly staff. My brother was seen at appt time. Just a note took family member to er upmc and waited 6 hrs and was mostly ignored. Will definitely use urgent care in the future if needed!
