Both P.A.'s at WellNow Urgent Care Walk-in in Ithaca, NY have made my walk in experience the most welcoming and positive I have ever experienced. Marissa was friendly, personable, caring and professional! The wait was almost nonexistent. The follow-up phone call with the P. A. named Max alleviated my concerns about the medication prescribed and his explanations were clear and concise. I highly recommend this urgent care facility!
I was able to get an early appointment and at a time I wanted. They were very friendly, quick, and they all worked together to provide the care.
My PA was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, patient and kind. Took time to double check injuries and explained them to me to my understanding! Marissa was AMAZING!!!!
