What a miserable place full of miserable people and filthy! The front desk woman, Lina is beyond rude. She queues the line based on favorites. Told me to schedule a virtual appt after I was clearly upset that she disregarded my appt, I went through the trouble of the virtual appt in my car with a screaming baby only to find out he is too young for a virtual appt….why would she have advised me to go through the trouble? The staff at Urgent Care on Meadow St in Ithaca were all super nice. I tried to break up a fight between my dog and the cat resulting in numerous holes in my hand. I can’t remember her name, but kudos to the nursing student that had picked up a shift on a Sunday to delay doing homework (I hope she recognizes herself here). She was so nice and did an amazing job cleaning up all my wounds. Tim was the PA-C attending. He was very thorough in his exam and explained everything I needed to watch out for. The staff and PA’s are excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable. They offer quick help and make the process as easy as possible. Great care!

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a clinic like this. They were very pleasant and they got me in right away and took care of my issue. I didn’t have to wait a long time and it was easy to get checked out and on my way.
