Every was good accept for the doctors diagnosis.he said i had a skin issue when o went in for a 2 holed spider bite...its the same as when i went in. Very swollen, very hot to the touch and extrimly painful
I am from out of town. Had an issue. Looked up this WellNow and was greatly impressed. I had an appointment that same day. Arrived taken in to see nurse then doctor. Tests run and I was on my way 30 minutes. Very professional and very nice. Thank you to all at Well Now for your help. Vacation continues!
I have visited WellNow a few times, both for myself and family members. All the staff at WellNow are very efficient and highly competent! This is definitely the best urgent care I have visited in the Ithaca area. I always leave knowing that I made a good decision to come there.
Great service and lovely atmosphere. My child needed care over the weekend. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. The waiting room had Pac-Man for the kids, hot cocoa, and coffee. It was a calming and pleasant atmosphere.
We showed up just before they closed, and yet we were treated wonderfully by the staff and doctor. We were worried because we are from out of town, but they handled our insurance wonderfully and referred us to a pharmacy close by. All in all it was a great experience, and their diagnosis has proved effective.
